Stop The UK Big Cat Circus

Dear Fellow Animal Lovers,

I write a desperate plea of the most serious nature. I call on all of us to loudly protest our utter disgust at the cruel treatment of three tigers and two lions that will perform circus tricks in  Welshpool (a market town in Wales). The Barbaric act is happening on Friday 2nd of July 2015. It has been set up by a monster called Thomas Chipperfield. Unfortunately because it is currently legal in the UK to do this act, all ethical consideration has been put aside.

End the suffering by:

*Going to the hell spawn place and be the voice for those poor creatures

*Contact MPs about changing it to being illegal

*Contact people in Welshpool and tell them what you think about this happening in their town

Live animals used as fashion jewellery and keyrings in China

New fashion jewelry in China, animals living in plastic containing a liquid nutrient and oxygen that allows them to live up to 2 months.

My opinion of this is this is cruel and unnecessary suffering. Oh how I wish all human beings would treat animals fairly as if they were one of us. Imagine being in a small case filled with poison and no air to breath through. Please push for more mercy towards animals.

Please sign these petitions to stop this animal cruelty.  “We call on the UN to demand the Chinese government to ban the manufacture and sale of amulets and jewelry containing live animals.”

Stop eating dogs and cats

doggy eatenI’ve researched about the places that allow people to consume cats and dogs. I’ve also read that more than 400 million cats are eaten in some parts of Asia each year. This is very wrong! Why should they be eaten for someone’s food?! If we don’t stop this the whole species will die out and then we’ll die out. For example, if birds die out, who will fertilise our trees and our vegetables?

The following countries openly sell dog meat

Switzerland (Personal use only)

China (There are laws now but not regularly enforced)

New Zealand

Under Canada’s Wildlife Act, it is illegal to sell meat from any wild species, but there is no law against selling and serving canine meat, including dogs, if it is killed and gutted in front of federal inspectors.

In 2003, health inspectors discovered four frozen canine carcasses in the freezer of a Chinese restaurant in Edmonton which, in the end, were found to be coyotes. The Edmonton health inspector said that it is not illegal to sell and eat the meat of dogs and other canines, as long as the meat has been inspected

Several US states have banned the slaughter and consumption of dogs completely.

However there are numerous states in which dogs can be used for personal consumption provided they are killed in a humane way. All 50 states have banned the sale of dog meat to the general public and its use in public restaurants, However those laws do not apply to American Indian reservations, Several of the Native American tribes still consume dog meat and it is still served in restaurants on the reservations on a regular basis..

Numerous states also have hunting seasons or open year round season on coyotes(north Americas wild dogs)in which they can be hunted in accordance with local laws and used for personal consumption…

Difference between a hunter and a poacher

3Many people get mixed up with the difference of a hunter and a poacher. They mistake the two for the same classification so I will try to describe what the difference is.  A poacher is someone who hunts without permission, yet a hunter is someone who hunts with a license. They hunt for many reasons, mostly money and survival from starvation. An example is the Inuit people, they are mainly hunters, and rely upon the animals of the Arctic as their most important resource of food. Given that a very modest amount of vegetation could survive in the Arctic weather, the Inuit can’t rely completely on vegetation for food.

A tourist hunter in for example South Africa has to hunt tagged animals only. An animal is chosen to be tagged if it is old, diseased, too many or may cause genetic problems in the group. There are many debates about this kind of conservation management. I think tourism hunting is a mistreatment towards animals because it is not their fault they are old, diseased or can cause many genetic problems. I understand people have to make money from tourism yet being hunted is not a good way to die for any animal. Thus, we need to remember many animals will outlive us and then again were just another species of animals. 1

Beyonce is the new Cruella Deville in town, run animals run!

Cruella deville vs Beyonce

Reports have it that Beyonce has had some new shoes made. They are made of stingray, ostrich, calf’s fur, crocodile and anaconda skins. Jay Z, the famous husband of Beyonce had a shoe designed for him that includes ostrich, python, boa, crocodile and stingray.

Here are the pictures of the trainers from the Daily Mail Newspaper:

Beyonce shoes Jay Z shoes

I’m not saying people should stop liking her songs or even all of her characteristics. Beyonce’s universally popular songs like ‘If I were a boy, Halo and Ave Maria’- are good for feminism (female rights).  Obviously,  because of her and Jay- Z’s love for wearing dead animals, they aren’t being very good role models for everyone or advocates of animal rights. Their behaviour if you ask me is very dogmatic and they are acting awfully like a “great supine protoplasmic invertebrate jellies” (thank you for those words mayor of London Boris Johnson, they’re very handy for situations of dumbness).
All in all, Beyonce and Jay-Z are acting Cruella Deville AND THEY MUST STOP!!!
